Thank you for shopping at Farmsnack! We want you to receive your healthy snacks fresh and on time. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, pack, and ship your orders.

Shipping Destinations
- Domestic Shipping: We currently ship to all states and union territories within India.
- International Shipping: At this time, we do not offer international shipping. However, we are working on expanding globally. Please check back later or contact us for updates.
Order Processing Time
- Standard Orders: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
- High-Volume Periods: During festive seasons, sales events, or unexpected high demand, processing may take up to 3-4 business days. We appreciate your patience.
- Order Cut-off: Orders placed after 2:00 PM IST will be considered as received on the next business day.
- Weekends & Holidays: Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day (Monday or the day after the holiday).
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are calculated dynamically based on:
- Delivery Location: Distance from our warehouse in Ambala.
- Order Weight: Total weight of the products including packaging.
- Shipping Method: Standard or express (if available).

Cash on Delivery (COD) Fee: A nominal fee of ₹[e.g., 30] may apply for COD orders, which will be displayed at checkout.
Delivery Timeframes
Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are as follows (business days, excluding processing time):

Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive:
- Dispatch Confirmation Email: Contains the courier company name and tracking number.
- SMS Alert: Sent to your registered mobile number with a tracking link.
- WhatsApp Updates (Optional): If you have opted in, we may send tracking updates via WhatsApp.
You can also track your order by logging into your account on our website and viewing your order history.
Packaging
We take great care in packaging our products to ensure they reach you in perfect condition:
- Inner Seal: Each makhana pouch is heat-sealed to maintain freshness and crunchiness.
- Protective Layer: Pouches are wrapped in bubble wrap or air cushions.
- Sturdy Box: Orders are shipped in strong, corrugated boxes with “Fragile” and “Handle with Care” stickers.
- Desiccant Packets: During monsoons or high-humidity periods, we may include food-grade desiccant packets to absorb moisture.
Delivery Attempts and Failed Delivery
Our courier partners typically make 3 delivery attempts.
- If you are unavailable, the courier may contact you to reschedule.
- After 3 failed attempts, or if the address is incorrect/incomplete, the package will be returned to us.
For returned packages:
- We will notify you via email/SMS.
- You can choose to have the order re-shipped. Re-shipping charges will apply.
- If you do not wish to re-ship, a refund will be processed for the product value minus the original and return shipping charges.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address (including pin code) and phone number are correct and complete. Farmsnack is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you realize you’ve entered a wrong address, please contact us immediately at +91-7206851701. We will try to correct it, but we cannot guarantee changes once the order is processed.

Bulk orders may have different shipping timelines and charges, which will be communicated in your quotation.
Shipping Restrictions
- PO Boxes: We do not ship to PO Box addresses. A physical street address is required.
- Prohibited Areas: We currently do not ship to certain restricted areas due to courier service limitations. If your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified during checkout.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives with visible damage to the outer box, please inspect the contents immediately. If the product pouches are damaged, please refuse the shipment if possible, or accept it with “Subject to Inspection” noted on the delivery receipt. Then, contact us within 48 hours as per our Return Policy.
