At FARMSNACK, we are committed to delivering premium-quality snacks to our customers. Every order is carefully packed and quality-checked before dispatch. However, in the rare event that you receive a damaged, Quality issue, or incorrect product, please review the policy below.

Product Representation
We strive to ensure all product descriptions, images, and pricing are accurate. However, slight variations may occur due to lighting conditions, screen resolution, packaging updates, or natural agricultural differences.
Ingredients & Allergens
Our products contain natural ingredients and may be processed in facilities that also handle gluten, dairy, soy, and tree nuts. FARMSNACK does not guarantee allergen-free manufacturing. Customers with allergies should carefully review packaging labels before consumption.
Eligibility
By using this Site, you confirm that:

Account Registration

4. Receive order acknowledgment (not confirmation)
5. Order confirmation occurs only after dispatch FARMSNACK reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to:
• Product unavailability
• Pricing or listing errors
• Suspected fraud
• Unauthorized bulk or resale purchases
Pricing & Payments
All prices are in INR and inclusive of GST unless stated otherwise.
If pricing errors occur, customers will be informed and offered the option to reconfirm or cancel.

Promotional offers:
• Are non-transferable
• Cannot be exchanged for cash
• Are subject to specific terms
• May be withdrawn without prior notice
• Will be cancelled if fraudulently obtained
Shipping & Delivery
Shipping timelines are estimates only and may vary due to courier or external factors. Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon delivery. Ownership passes after full payment.

Returns & Refunds
Returns, refunds, and replacements are governed by our Return & Refund Policy. Due to food safety regulations, opened or consumed products are not eligible unless damaged or defective on arrival.

User Conduct
You agree not to:

Intellectual Property
All content including logos, images, product names, designs, and branding belongs exclusively to FARMSNACK and is protected by Indian intellectual property laws. Unauthorized reproduction or commercial use is prohibited.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, FARMSNACK shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the value of the purchased product.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify FARMSNACK against claims arising from:

• Violation of third-party rights
Force Majeure
FARMSNACK is not liable for delays caused by events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, pandemics, strikes, government actions, or logistics disruptions.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes fall under exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Ambala, Haryana.
Modifications
FARMSNACK reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site indicates acceptance of revised Terms.
